Celebrating Relationships Through Culture, Luxury & Personalisation
Equate’s biennial incentive programme for its top clients was held in Singapore for the very first time. The client requested an upmarket, fun, and memorable experience that would showcase the very best of Singapore’s heritage, culture, and hospitality.
Our Approach
Guests were accommodated at the luxurious W Hotel Sentosa, where the programme began with a welcome dinner on the hotel’s lawn. To immerse guests in local culture, we collaborated with the hotel to recreate Singapore’s iconic hawker scene, complete with live hawker stalls serving beloved local dishes and specially tailored props to enhance the vibrant atmosphere.
The cultural tour began with a unique perfume-making workshop, allowing guests to craft their own signature scent and discover more about their personality traits—a personalised souvenir to take home. This was followed by a seafood lunch at a renowned chilli crab restaurant, and an immersive exploration of Peranakan culture. Guests enjoyed hands-on experiences making local delicacies such as Popiah, deepening their appreciation of Singapore’s rich heritage.
This thoughtfully curated incentive programme delivered an unforgettable blend of luxury, culture, and authentic local experiences—leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
